After roughly a month hiatus from F3 I needed some personal accountability to remove myself from the fartsack and make a post so decided to call the Q last night. Even my wife said you won't make it . . . ouch.
So you’re a man . . . align the arrows
The chilly conditions kept many in their fart sacks while 6 PAX started hump day on the right path along with FNG Briano. Limited running was promised, and PAX covered about 1.5 miles through the entire workout.
Fancy Nancy runs 4 Corners on the Northside
9 PAX met on a beautiful fall morning on the Northside for 4 Corners, cardio style according to Slowhand as compared to the normal strength style with Iron Horse. During mumble chatter Fancy Nancy came to join us for a brief period of time . . .I know many of you are disappointed you missed it.
#Selective Hearing Redo
After a failed attempt to Q in the true gloom of the Meadows on Friday, I pulled a mulligan and led 11 great men at Northside this morning. My original plan for the Meadows was an increasing rep count workout at #thehill however due to failed communication, I was recalled back to the fart sack Friday morning. With the idea top of mind, brought it to Chiles Monday which turned out to be a strong push for the PAX. The 97% humidity was also a refreshing way to wash away the Samford game and general debauchery from the weekend.
#Accountability
#Accountability was the word of the day as you must be accountable in everything you do whether that be your home, workplace, community, or church. Accountability is a statement of personal promise, both to yourself and to the people around you, to deliver specific defined results.
“Man, that was a Weird Q”
0525 Iron Horse Flag, MG calls unfilled Q spot, Windy 46 degrees
The ‘puppy’ kept me up all night . . .
6 men arrived after a 300 burpee marathon from Balboa to work out the soreness, and get stronger. Those who slept in know who you are. . .
Northside Getting Back in the Groove
6 men arrived at a warmer than expected Northside Q, though the wind chilled all which kept us moving quickly. All-Stars was called, with Pebbles leading out.
Thankful for Eleven’s
12 PAX met on a chilly 40 degree morning at the Wolf Den's including a guest visit from Robin Hood (great to have you brother). QIC promised light travel, so PAX stayed close to campus for 11's.
