Run to Bradfordville Church
Survivor:
Run the entire lap around the church (a little over 1/3 mile) within 3 minutes and 15 seconds. Rest for the remainder of the time.
Repeat 13 times
If you miss the time hack on a lap, you can rest for the remainder of the lap and start the next one.

The goal is to not be the fastest but to make it to the end. You have to weigh your heart rate, respiratory rate, your cadence, and more to have the perfect balance between speed and recovery time.
Mid State Mile is an ultra marathon in Tennessee where something similar is done with the goal of “last man standing” where you do 1.1 miles every 20 minutes. Record is 96.8 miles which is 29 1/3 hours. Kudos to Recount for giving me so many bad ideas.
