At 0500 8 HIMS rucked up, grabbed cindy, and set out with redemption on their mind. We set out for the track behind the school. Had to keep the travel light to make all the room for activities. Once to the track, the Q graciously relieved the pax of their rucks. This was between us and Cindy.
The THANG:
5 Rounds subtracting one rep each round
Blockees – 10 reps
Lunges – 10 reps each leg (not as confusing today)
OH Press – 10 F3 Count
Catalina Wine Mixer – 10 Reps
Kraken Burpees – 5 Reps
Squrls – 10 reps
Murder bunnies – 10 forward movements 10 backward murderbunnies
Once the pax reached 5 rounds Q decided victory was ours and it was time to move onto new things. We then laid down in a single file line along the inside lane of the track. Pax started flutters with block above head as the 6 got up with the cindy and ran one lap around the track and then laid down in the front of the line. A shake and bake of sorts. Each time a new pax got up to run we switched between Flutters and mountain climbers. Once each of the pax had done a lap, we had to call it due to time. Rucked up and headed back to the flag.
COT: Pax is enjoying the Christmas break, safe travels to Rouge and John who are headed South to see family. Hope to see them in the gloom again!
