Then multiple sets of 2-3 excercises broken up by the run mentioned above. 2 miles covered with following sandbag PT: 20 count: deadlifts, alternating side dead lifts, clean and jerks, curls, tricep extenstions, squats, side to side shoulder presses, crunchy frogs, big boy situps, 4 ct flutters, full body crunched and few other things.
