THE THANG
9 HIMs (a 10th joined us late) rolled out early for an old school F3 beatdown. Just a smidge over 2 miles was covered.
- 9 PAX moseyed to the playground for stop #1.
- Ascending from 1-9 of merkins, derkins & dips for each man in attendance.
- Shake ‘n Bake from playground to El Jalisco grass circle for stop #2. It was during the shake ‘n bake that Little Orphan Annie decided to join us after hitting the snooze button. Better late than never!
- Doomsday clock – Round #1 PAX holds plank while 1 person does 1 merkin while everyone holds a plank and then on to next person. Round #2 it moves to 2 merkins and so on. PAX stay in the game until they drop the plank. Sleepy, Polo, AOL & Mickey made it to round #10 before we had to roll due to time.
- Mosey down the hill to the bottom of Mulberry Park for stop #3.
- Run backwards for entirety of Mulberry Park Blvd. stopping at each light post for air squats. 5, 10, 5, 15, 5, 20, 5, 25, 5, 30……125 total!
- Mosey back to playground for stop #4.
- Since we had a 10th man join us late we had to finish off where we started. 10x merkins, derkins & dips.
- Mosey back to Ol’ Glory to wrap things up
- Everyone got 10x All-Star abs. 10x burpee topper (thanks for the idea Visa)
