“Unfinished Business”

The Thang:
During the CSAUP, we had to stop at 10 rounds of the Kabul 13 workout due to time constraints. Plus, it was a very difficult workout after doing three other tough workouts to start the morning.
Today we finished the last three sets with a lap around the gates of Gilchrist.
Kabul 13 WOD
13 rounds:
21 8-counts
21 pushups
21 weighted step-ups
21 mountain climbers
During the second set of the exercises, we ran into the folks at Gilchrist 0525. They were doing some kind of leg exercise. It was hard to tell what they were actually doing as they were probably doing it wrong.
We had the F3 Tallahassee version of West Side Story. Our groups counted the 8-counts as loud as possible to throw off the other crew.
Once we finished the last set, we saw the American flag go down. I did not plant it well enough. Little Debbie insisted we do 10 weighted burpees.
We then finished with around-the-world 10 4-count flutter kicks

This Saturday, Ron Swanson will be anointed as our first official Nan’tan of F3 Tallahassee.
Veteran’s Day Ruck will take place on Nov 11, led by Visa
Thanksgiving Convergence will take place at Datamaxx, near the start of the Turkey Trot, led by Visa
Also, on Saturday, Dr. Feelgood is getting married and plans on being at F3 in the morning. No fartsacking excuses here!
