18 men got their first win of the day by taking on the Iron Pax Challenge Week 3 – “B” the EMOM. These HIMs gave outstanding effort in the cooler, but still humid gloom. It was great to see FNG Jonah get his 3rd post and name: Velcro, and even better for his Dad to be there with him.

COT
It was awesome to see all 18 men complete the challenge. Congratulations to our Week 3 champion, Ron Swanson, who finished in an amazing 25:48, although he slacked off from last week’s 23+ minutes. 9 men finished under 40 minutes, with Hawaii 5-0 leading the pack at 30:51.
Swanson’s boy turned 2 this week, so good things happening.
For the 4th straight week, Visa did more IPC work than he had to. Last week’s double asterisk didn’t work, so like the DNF acronym we may need to add DMB…. (Did More Because…._______) – you feel in the blank.
Grillz son turned 10, and his voice somehow got deeper.
Monty said the IPC Week 3 was “not fun”, but I’m sure he was just kidding.
Polo finished strong and inspired everyone.
Lots of chatter about needing stand-up desks at the office, tips for napping under your desk, recovery rides, muscle stimulation, etc.
Mensa has the Cascades Q on Saturday.
Little Debbie has the Southwood Q on Tuesday.
AOL has the Southwood Q next Friday for IPC Week 4.
