18 men met up in the humid gloom for some moving and reps. 51 and 101 reps were the theme to celebrate QIC’s 51^st birthday and 100 posts. It was great to see Chernobyl out recovering from his injury. Also, awesome to see Annie’s 2.0, FNG Jonah, join us for his 2^nd post.

Ron Swanson demonstration of proper form and then 2 minutes of each of the 3 exercises:

• 50 Kraken Burpees (3 hand release merkins to a burpee = 1) 
• 50 BDE burpees (burpee, to a Bonnie Blair/jumping lunge (1 on each leg), to a squat = 1) 
• 50 Bonnie Blairs/Jumping Lunge (right leg-left leg= 1)

Teams of 3: one man performs exercise, other does cardio, switching until reps are completed

101 Iron Hulks (Merkin + 4 Air Presses)

Bear crawl the long sides (90’) of the volleyball court and crab walk the short sides (60’) of the court

151 War Hammers (WWII Sit-up + 4 American Hammers)

101 One Calls (Hand-release merkin with left punch and right punch)

AOL thanked the men for coming out to his BDQ and shared how much F3 means to him. The men of F3 are the third most positive influence on AOL behind God and family.

This post was about three men working together and having friends and F3 brothers to count on. More rounds were planned, but only got through three.

AOL shared a verse from John probably written toward the end of the first century.

1 John 4: 20

If anyone says, “I love God,” but hates his brother, he is a liar; for whoever does not love a brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.

We are looking forward to Frenchy’s BDQ so we can have 21 reps instead of 51.

Mr. Kotter shared a quote from Mr. Rogers, something to the effect of he likes almost every person that he takes the time to really get to know.

We now look forward to Swanson telling us that this is the first win of the day.

AOL has the Southwood Q on Friday for IPC Week 3.
