15 HIMS gathered in the freshly mowed yet plush grass of The Villages (thank you Wham-O for the renaming The Wood) to push a little farther on the day of the Gauntlet that ended with goosebumps for some but not AOL.

Mosey to the base of the semi-circular driveway in front of the clubhouse. And the reps go like this:
– 20 Merkins (decrease by one each time)
– 1 Squat (increase by one each time)
Run up the driveway to the clubhouse and stop for ABs – 12 Big Boys each stop.
Run down the driveway to the other entrance and reps of Merkins and Squats.
Rinse and Repeat
Total work count:
– 200 Merkins
– 136 Squats
– 180 Big Boys

Mr. Emcee mentioned that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play their second pre-season game tomorrow without any starters. The guys trying to make the team need to get playing time and prove themselves. The PAX proved themselves this morning by showing up and pushing hard to get in 16 sets of exercises – getting us to the round of 5 merkins/16 squats. A new record – a great push.
PAX were doing well. Little Debbie moved their daughter to UF for her freshman year. It was emotional. Not mentioned – AOL posted to FB an emotional pic of his son saying goodbye to their dog before taking him to UF. Clearly, sending your child to the Univeristy of Florida is sad. Go Noles.
