We took four weights for eight PAX to the track (two sandbags, a Cindy, and a makeshift bag of rocks wrapped in duck tape.
Warm-up Lap
PAX split up into 4 teams of 2. Each team is assigned a weight and a lane.
Part 1
One partner does 5 or 10 burpees prior to running with the weight in one direction. The other partner runs in the opposite direction to meet up with his partner. When the two meet, the partners switch on the weight. The burpees still occur before picking up the weight. Once the weight gets back to the start, the team is done.
Ab exercises and meeting up with the last man if a team finishes early. We cycled through all the weights.
Part 2
In the same teams, one partner does AMRAP reps of exercises without traveling while the other person does a complete 400 m lap. Once the lap is done, partners trade places.
We only went through two iterations. The first exercise was bent over rows. The second exercise(s) was 5 shoulder presses followed by 5 lateral jumps over the weight.

Q did not get great sleep last night but still managed to get out and put in work today. However, I forgot to turn on my watch for the workout and I forgot about the Bible verse again. You win some, you lose some.
