Several armed, jack-booted thugs, physically and forcibly removed the Pax from the Leon High Campus this morning. Actually, it was sweatpant-wearing, Chris Stapleton look alike maintenance man, but the other sounds better! Cadre Football was planned. Got scrapped. Improvise, adapt, overcome.
The thang: To Georgia Street with Rucks, Cindies, and Sandies. Shuffle up and down the hill 2.5 times with stops at each intersection for the following: merkins, overhead squats, curls, 8 count body builders, one-armed rows, flutters, American hammers, LBC’s, tricep extensions, squats, one-leg merkins and some other stuff.
COT: QIC mentioned the Book of Job and how he remained faithful despite all that was thrown at him. It’s easy to be faithful in the good times, but takes work and committment to remain steadfast in the tough ones. Pax is good.
