24 people who use the pronouns he/him met to do some work in the beautiful Meadows complex.

Warm-up: leg stretch and name-o-rama. Mosey to the turf field

Work: EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) which I guess should be EMOTM but who really cares. The field is approximately 338 feet long (which I think is something like 33.8 meters for you communists who like the metric system). We sprinted the length of the field. Since whatever time was left in the minute was our rest. At first, we were doing it in about 16-20 seconds. After a few rounds, we were in the 30-ish second range and slower. We did about 20 reps of this then moved to the center of the field.

23-ish humans who generally identify as men made a circle and every guy took turns calling out a 10 rep set of a different ab/core exercise. You would be correct if you assumed both Dirty Mike and Wiseguy had to spend time explaining the exercise they called out. If my math is correct (23 men times 10 reps per workout) we did about 1,427 reps of ab exercises.

Tried a version of Duck, Duck, Goose. It failed.

Back to the sidelines for some more EMOM sprints. Since the distance was less (about 100 feet) we did 30 second sets. If right now you are thinking “well that technically isn’t an EMOM,” go sit in a corner and take a time out. We did a few sets of this then went back to the goal line. This time we only did EMOM reps from the goal line to the penalty box but we did bear crawls on 30 second intervals.

Moseyed back to the flag to finish.

COT: As faithful men, we should be defined by ongoing change and growth. Look at 2 Corinthians 7 for a godly model of repentance and growth.

Pledge and Prayer.

GNR has Cascades tomorrow. Dimples has Bannerman.
