36 degrees didn’t stop 17 men from rolling out of bed into the brisk cool gloom of the Meadows to end the week on a strong note. QIC promised work, running, and if time, games.

Today’s workout was meant to be a GRINDER – simple yet effective. Hard yet achievable. You could push yourself as hard or soft as you wanted. You could help your brother with reps, encouragement, motivation. You could modify as needed with no shame. The goal was to get the work done, and get better. 17 men did just that.

PAX finished additional reps to support the last man, along with a few extra laps.
Mosey back to fieldhouse for final 120 yard DB + Sprint to flag.
Total Work: 300+ Merkins, 250+ Squats, 2.99 miles (yeah I know, ridiculous. . . . )

Definitely one of the quieter Q’s as each PAX was responsible and accountable to themselves for finishing the work, and the mumble chatter was at an all time low. Pebbles was MIA so that may have led to it as well. Each man pushed hard to complete the work and always humbled by leading such a great group of individuals. Since we ran out of time for games (frisbee or soccer), we used COT to toss the disc to other PAX to share their words.
Prayers shared for family, wives, kids, country, loved ones battling disease addiction or ailments, and for us getting better each day. Use us to be a light in our communities, households, and workplaces; set the examples for others to look up to – be a leader.
