  • Quick stretching and then right to the work
  • Mosey to the bottom of Hemmingway

Deconstructed Ruck Burpees

5 different exercises were completed going up and down the street (with ruck), adding a rep at each stop.  6 trips were completed (2.5 full evolutions) – we had to skip a few at the end due to time constraints.   

Exercises (Rep counts)

Burpees (1, 10, 11, 20, skipped 21 and 30 due to time)

Squats (2, 9, 12, 19, 22, 29)

Groiners (3, 8, 13, 18, 23, 28)

Merkins (4, 7, 14, 17, 24, 27)

Bobby Hurleys (5, 6, 15, 16, 25, 26) – jump squats, touching the ground each time.

COT:

Put the work in – get 1% better each day.  There are no short cuts.  By putting the work in, it will spill over to your family life, your work life and your community involvement.  Strive to be the best even on days when you don’t feel like doing it.
