THE THANG – Tame 25

50 reps even looked hard on paper, so the Q decided to tame the originally intended “Filthy 50” workout. All movements were completed with rucks.

Ruck 2/10 mile followed by 25 ruck merkins, step ups, high pulls, thrusters and deadlifts.

Ruck 2/10 mile followed by 25 ruck burpees, squats, crunches, bent over rows and 25M bear crawl.

Ruck 2/10 mile followed by 25 ruck shoulder taps, flutters, swings, shoulder press and 25M crab crawl.

Ruck 2/10 mile followed by 10 ruck merkins, step ups, high pulls, thrusters and deadlifts.

Ruck 2/10 mile followed by 10 ruck shoulder taps, flutters, swings, shoulder press and 25M crab crawl.
