Christmas cheer was in the air and on the ground as the Q brought his 10′ Christmas tree for the Pax to tow around on this morning’s adventure.

THE THANG: Mosey to Field. All Pax had a cindy, ruck or sandbag.Those with sandbag did a 100 yard sandbag toss. Those with cindies or ruck did a clean and jerk every 5 yards (20 total). PT in the endzone. Rotate 1 spot to move off a cindy and onto a sanbag … repeat sandbag toss and clean and jerks back to the other endzone. 4 rounds. Endzone PT included merkins, curls, squats, lunges, tricep presses, big boy sit-ups, flutters, lcrc’s.
Mosey to prison yard, dump cindies, 10 pullups 20 dips.
Mosey back to Trinity with tree
