In our culture we love to look towards leaders who have acquired fame to guide us. Maybe it’s an author you admire or a celebrity but we can look to them for truth and feel betrayed when they mess up in their own lives. This is because God is the only one who can make us grow in our Christian faith. While we learn from others we must not forget that ultimate source is the Lord.
