“Rock, Paper, Scissors… sh**!”

I was much more mellow during this post than on Saturday. I also came up with this at the last minute so there were definitely some kinks found. The whole idea was not so much the exercises, but it was more for quality fellowship time in a random setting.
Four corners were made. Two people at each corner. The ninth person is the runner and runs clockwise to the next station where he challenges one of the PAX at the corner to “Rock, Paper, Scissors.” Winner gets to run to the next station. Loser stays at the station.

1) Burpee box jumps
2) Medicine ball throws
3) Inverted rows on railings or decline/incline pushups
4) Farmer carry with ammo cans
You could technically be stuck at the burpee box jump station for the entire time if you are that unlucky. You could do zero burpee box jumps if you are lucky.
I was not terribly strict. If we were stuck at a station for awhile, we changed the exercises up a little bit.
I should have done this iteration on the track where it was only 100 m between the stations so that the runner can move through the stations much more quickly. However, I think my last like 10 Chiles workouts have been on the track so I made it a goal to not use the track. If I had 10 PAX, I could have two runners and that would be more ideal. The success of this was highly dependent on how we were able to modify according to the number of PAX. It has better potential in the future now that we know.
