Still lower numbers than normal on the Northside, but good news is we did receive ‘approval’ to continue using the school even with the locked gates. Fortunately we had a key! 100% humidity this morning which made the sweat pour!

HIIT workout of 45 seconds work / 20 rest. Move immediately into next rep to complete the entire set. Rinse & Repeat for 3 rounds total (20 minutes)

5 Toe Touch / 5 Cruncy Frog
6 Mountain Climbers / 4 Plank Walk
10 Squat Up/Out & Straight Squats

Mosey to front of school for quick rinse and wall work
10 Burpee Box Jumps
20 Dips

Mosey back to parking lot and each PAX grabbed two blocks
20 Curls for Girls x Sprint 50 yards x Mosey back
20 Overhead Press x Sprint 50 yards x Mosey back
20 Block Swings x Sprint 50 yards x Mosey Back
20 Curls for Girls x Sprint 50 yards x DB’s 50 yards
20 Overhead Press x Frog Jump 50 yards x Kangaroo Jump 50 yards
20 Block Swings x Sprint 50 yards x Mosey Back

Back to the cars for 5 minute abs
80 Flutters
20 Crunches
20 Crunchy Frogs
Plank 60 seconds with knee raises
DONE
