Grab Cindy and do 50 straight count bicep curls together as a group (Cindy must lay flat on palms when curling. No grabbing Cindy on the sides during curling).
Set down Cindy. Backwards crab walk to end of parking lot
15 F3 count Merkins slowly with good form. (Count 1, 2, 3 on way down then Up is 1 rep)
Frontwards crab walk to cindys
Grab Cindy and do 25 straight count overhead presses together as a group
Kangaroo hop to end of parking lot
Sprint back to cindys
Moseybto bus depot for pulls on the bars and dips on benches.
30 dips on benches
10 reps of pulls under the bars. We did 8 sets of 10 reps with different grips/arm positions on each set
Jog bus loop twice

Prayers for Pokemon, his wife and the kids they are fostering as there have been continued difficulty with the biological father. Pokemon also said he admires the OLD GEEZERS of F3 who are 40 and older that whoop his butt during workouts (they whooped mine too)

Crablegs asked for prayers for a sister in the church we go to who is having trouble renewing her Visa. She is at risk of being deported back to her country and that would not be a healthy situation for her. Pray that her Visa would get renewed and let Crablegs know if any of you have connections that could help her.
AOL is dealing with a plantar fasciitis injury in his heel so he can’t run right now. Pray for healing for him. He also mentioned he got a shoutout on twitter from Trump for the project he’s working on at the State. Congrats bro.
Cathy was able to negotiate his salary at his job. He’s taking a pay cut but he only has 2 years left until he gets state retirement. He also shared how it’s important for us to follow truth and not pick sides with everything that’s going on with race relations and law enforcement. There’s good people on both sides and there’s bar people on both sides. We need to focus on unity. Cathy also shared Dept of Health stats on COVID. Check the website if you want to know more. Dimples asked for prayers for him, his wife and 17 year old daughter. There’s some people that are not good influences hanging out with his daughter lately so he’s trying to navigate that.
Catfish joined me in coming back to F3 after months of MIA. He enjoyed the Q and is working on endurance like me.
Manguy showed us his naked moleskin and it was weird looking. He appreciated the Q and said he had a hard time pushing himself today (could have fooled me because he was at the head of the pack on everything)
QIC asks for prayers for wife’s coworker Lindsay who is going through an aggressive form of cancer. Lindsay heads to jacksonville on July 10 for chemotherapy then a bone marrow transplant on July 17. Then 100 days of observation after that where things are really dicey. She has a husband named Kevin and 9 year old son Marino.
