The Pax took the long rocky road to the hill with alternating man drags, fireman/buddy carry, bear crawl and lunges. At least one or two periods of the trek included burpee leap frogs to break up the boredom/ mubble chatter.
On reaching the hill, the Pax took advantage of a great opportunity to test the knee ligaments of P.R. and the rest of the Pax while carrying coupons to the summit.
Each summit exercise consisted of an ab exercise and the base exercise involved an upper body with coupon.
Pax then mosied part of the way then bear crawled to first field where a couple sets of bench hops awaited. The field house wall allowed for scripture reflection while holding air chairs.

Ephesians 3:14 makes the point that all heaven and earth receive their identity from the Father so as fathers we bestow identity. This is why the man’s last name is the family name. They are known by the reputation of the father; if that’s a good name the family is honored. If he is selfish and comfort minded, the name will suffer. Our example should be focused on the perspective of having our funerals in mind. Will they make up kind words about us or will there be true words of thankfulness because of the legacy we have left behind.
