Warm Up
Made our way to the front of the school where the weights were waiting on us.
The Thang (GB’s Weighted HIIT Circuit)
Each exercise was performed for :45 seconds with a :15 second rest to rotate to the next exercise. After all 12 exercises had been completed there was a 2:00 minute rest before starting the 2nd and 3rd sets. The exercises were as follows:
- 90# sled push
- 40# Dumbell curls
- Dibs using bench
- 60# sandbag toss followed by a frog jump
- Bosu ball pushups with side to side movement on each rep
- 35# kettlebell swings
- 95# overhead presses
- Punching Bag fast punches
- underbar pull ups
- 45# tricep extensions
- Farmer carries with a 45# weight in each hand
- Forearm twist with 10# weight on wrist roller

Prayers for Cathy’s father who has recently relocated to Tallahassee and having a hard time to get in to see someone at TOC, Dimples MIL battling ALS and daughter. Everyone seemed to enjoy the workout and requested to do this more often.
