11 men converged at the Wolf’s Den for a humid Wednesday beatdown. No one called the Q previously, so Dimples took the lead. During a recent post I overheard someone say the workouts were becoming easier, which was mentally noted, and used as fire for today.

Sprint 1 – straight x 10 count flutters
Sprint 2 – on belly x 10 count superman
Sprint 3 – on back x 10 count flutters

Round 2 – BLIMPS + Hop/Jump
5 Burpees w/ High Knee Hop, 10 Mike Tyson Lunge, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Exploding Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Jump Squats

COT:
Continued prayers for Texas, and for those in the path of Irma – be prepared. Since my wife is now a meterologist overnight due to TWC and FB, I’d recommend grabbing some water and other items in case Irma comes our way. Hermine knocked out power for 3-4 days in many areas, and this storm appears to be much worse. Hawkeye shared that 211 Big Bend provides support if you need it. Fish is filling sandbags to serve and show off for potential job offerings – remember your name tag. TapOut’s family is going all in on workouts, Blackfoot shared at least 27 words today, and Iron Horse asked for prayers for his family.
