14 men joined together to put in some work in support of cancer victims and survivors. Seven rounds of the June Cancer Sucks WOD gave 7 opportunities to think and pray about friends and family going through cancer or that passed away from cancer.

CoT:
During the 1 minute plank, QIC asked the men to think about what if they were diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer today. The CoT was very serious today, but an excellent sharing amongst F3 brothers.
AOL discussed the 7 family and friends, one passed away and 6 currently suffering from cancer (two of those are his brothers-in-law).
Mickey talked about his Mom in remission.
Ron Swanson talked about his father passed away from cancer and a friend in remission. This is one of the reasons he watches closely what he eats. He quoted Romans 8:17 and talked about reading Endure by Cameron H. He is on “Day 2” of Fathers Day.
Dr. Feelgood has seen plenty of patients with cancer. One of the most powerful things you can do is to pray with them and just be present during their pain.
Monty’s wife’s surgery was successful.
Visa talked about his dad passed away from cancer.
Focker talked about the Bible being a book about relationships. In his job, he’s seen the importance of relationships for cancer patients.
Mr. Emcee’s wife has done well after recovering from cancer.
Mr. Belding talked about family members and a friend with cancer.
Mr. Kotter talked about how grateful he would be to have time left to spend with family. His grandmother was a great witness for heaven after passing from cancer.
Singlet lost a cousin to colon cancer at a young age. He reminded all to do yearly bloodwork and make sure life insurance and wills are in order.
LD lost a friend from high school to cancer.
Nobyl had a friend pass from cancer at a young age. He talked about living a life that you wouldn’t have to change.
