The Thang
I had a meeting that got cancelled and saw the opening to Q a workout this morning.
We ran to the Tetris Blocks. We reviewed four basic exercises: push-up (merkin), squat, lunge, and overhead press.
After that, we burden carried around the shopping complex and put some of the exercises to the test using the weight.
Before COT, I asked for an AAR and wanted PAX feedback. In the future, I may ask for this more often, but I might be a little douchier.

I briefly summarized the weekend at Cadre Academy and am looking forward to being on the other side at a GTE.
I challenged all PAX to thank, congratulate, honor, or catch up with someone through a text, email, phone call, video message every morning. I added this to my morning routine recently. You would be pleasantly surprised at the responses you get.
