11 HIMs rolled out early for a quick trip around the front 9 at the Southwood Golf Course. The weather was ideal as we stopped at each tee box for a quick round of exercises (par x10). Shake and Bake on Par 4’s. 3.25 miles traveled in exactly 50:00 min. Great push today men!

COT – Q reminded the PAX (and many seconded the comments) around making sure to go in for your annual exam. A friend recently found out she has breast cancer and undergoing surgery on 11/1. Prayers for Singlet and his family as his grandmother passed last week. Also, prayers for the Mr. Kotter family as his cousin is having major health issues.
