THE THANG
Plan A: 100 reps each of 100 different Exercises. Speedo is better at math than me and informed me this was not practical in the time allotted so…
Plan B: Shake and bake for 4 minutes, then 10 Burpees. Repeat 10x. Total Burpees 100, Finished with the Georgia hill. Back right on time. Total distance covered, 3.9 miles.

That was the trigger to make YHC realize that the only thing keeping him from posting was him. YHC expressed much thanks to all who helped him get to 100 posts this year (first time ever). YHC also expressed much respect for all those that post and have other responsibilities like 2.0’s, etc.
