Warm up: We warmed up by getting a detailed account of Cathy’s chafing.
Work: As promised to the Pax that did this weekend’s Mog Mile events, today was a leisurely walk around the Market Square area to loosen up the legs and shoulders. Gave us a great time to hear about the events from this weekend and get some recovery miles in.
We did a little over 3 miles with some shuffling mixed in as well as 1 set of stairs.
COT: All is well with most of the Pax. Prayers that we can be excellent fathers and husbands. Keep improving in all areas of life.
