Active stretch/run to Cobb

Ditch of Death exercise 

200 push-ups and abs with sprints in between. 30 sec Moment of Silence to set some goals for the day. 

Run to the prison yard. 

5 pull ups. 5 dips. 25 Cindy shoulder presses then abs. 

5 pull ups 5 dips 25 curls 10 rows then abs

5 pull ups 5 dips 25 shoulder presses then abs

5 pull ups 5 dips 10 shoulder presses, 10 curls, 10 rows, abs

5 pull ups 5 dips, picnic table bench dips. 

Run back to trinity. Jump up trinity hill and push ups.
