Privileged to lead this great group today. We started on time “thanks for going elsewhere Pebbles” and ended on time. The message of the day, don’t drop the ball, which unfortunately I did because I wasn’t prepared for anything!

For those that couldn’t attend, check out Proverbs 12: 1-13 and see if it applies to your journey today.

1)      Mosey to weights and work through 5 sets of weights.

2)      Mosey to Wolf Den and work through 4 sets of body weight exercises.

3)      Mosey to field. Pax line up on the sideline, 40 yard dash there 40 yard dash back hand off the football. Goal was to get back in 4:30 minutes the first round. Pax on deck for running calls the work and the reps. First Round failed to meet the time and I dropped the ball, so burpee penalty. Second round 6 minute goal achieve. Carbon Copy made a 25 yard field goal so we didn’t have to run stadiums.

4)      Back to wolf den to repeat step 2. Time left so up and around the stairs to the flag.

5)      All star exercises at the flag and done.
