0525 Lord’s Prayer (old school style)

16 men we warned for travel, inspired by Dirty Mike and his need for some black top. The Q threw in a late HBQ and on the first mile decide why not try 4.3 for “43”…. so we did..

4.65 Miles were done with the below…

Duck Walks 100 meter (Thanks Robbin Hood for the perfect demo)

Partner Wheelbarrows up Lafayette Hill

Planks

Wall “Age” Dips

Merkins

Boxcutters (Thanks C legs) 40

V ups 39 (Happy B Day Swanny)

Some other crap..

Done: 0615….

COT/NMS: Pax is well. Group was warned for some running that had been put on the back burner for weeks.  Another perfect example of what F3 is all about. Every pax had each others side, till the end. Speedo took a few hours off after completed 3 morphs with his 2.0 Van Diesel (Name change…. Oats or Chiquita???). Well done.. Speedo heads off to Ft. Walton for the summer for work at Eglin Air Force Base, if you are near by, hit him up for a Murph!  June 19th, THE LEGEND will make another trip around the sun. Don’t miss Peter Pans 70th HBQ. Prayers for Splinters friend who is in hospital battling for his life with Covid. Swanson discussed Chad Wrights new posthaste on Memorial Day “Nuff Said”.. meanwhile, he also heads back to the office and removes his title as “Mom”. He is actually not thrilled about it. To all that participated in Memorial Day events (and put them on, Wiseguy, thanks Doc T), well done and most importantly, remembering those who gave the ultimate sacrifice so we can live in a Nation of Freedom. What are you doing with that, the freedom that they fought for? We discussed the below, a simple Speed Bump as we went over a dozen while covering our milage this morning.  Stay aware of your surroundings and enjoy them!

Re-Count, G n R and a few others have the Q next week, I am out.  Convergence with F3 Thomasville tomorrow.. Have a great week..

Singing a song of thanksgiving and telling of all your wonders. (NLT) ( Psalm 26:7 )

You know those pesky speed bumps?  While they can be annoying, they force us to be cautionary and become aware of our surroundings.  Don’t let your days be like driving on freeways, fast and thoughtless.  The next time you go over a speed bump, soak in your surroundings and find one thing that you can appreciate for the day.

Prayer (Dirty Mike)
