9 men joined the 2nd workout at the Wild Wild West for a “Back to Basics” workout fit for a FNG, however since no FNG’s showed up, the QIC pivoted.

Warm-Up:

120 second wall sit as each PAX knocked out 10 Balls to Walls Merkins
Mosey back to home base for quick rinse
The Thang:
Deck of Cards was in order and QIC suggested only 20 cards would be played, but this was just a mind game. The goal was short burst for each round so the PAX completed 5 reps on each card with a total of 65 reps (13 cards x 5) with a few modifications mixed in to keep the muscles pulsing.
Hearts – Burpees
Clubs – Sprint
Diamonds – Squats
Spades – Big Boy Situps
Quick rinse and then head to playground.
Split in partners and complete 2 rounds of circuit work with pullups/hangs to failure (roughly 10 for most PAX).

After checking mileage, realized we were a bit short of 2 miles so ran a quick lap through parking lot back to Community Center with S&B finish just after 6:17. Sorry fellas!

Great push by all, but specifically Chef and Retro got after it this morning! Appreciate the WWW team letting me lead from the North, and will make it a point to visit on a regular basis (only 5-8 minutes from Gilchrist). Gronk shared his non-profit setup for military to help transition back into civilian life, and will be sharing more in the future about opportunities for service (#Leadership). C-Note or now referred to as Half-Dollar since he lost 40lbs since January, grinded it out today and plans to make a regular appearance at the WWW. QIC has been in a bit of a funk the past week but appreciates the men in the gloom. This is a great location with lots of opportunities – keep inviting guys out and grow this AO!
