Begin 32 reps EMOM hill climb. Thanks to GameBoy for keeping count of each minute passed.
Alternate plank and Merkins at foot of hill.
Switch rocks with neighbors as needed.
We completed 33 reps (Houdini late birthday Q plus one rep “to grow”)with 6 minutes to mosey back to the flag. Good push by all PAX. Inspired by ManGuy “Carrying each other’s Burdens” last year, Q wanted to set a new record of reps.
