18 men wandered onto the moist moist grass of the Southwood excited by the pre-blast promising a workout as easy or as hard as one wanted to do. The Q was proud that everyone chose the harder thing and worked for 50 solid minutes.

Mosey on long sides and short sides were bear crawl, crab crawl, butt kicks, backward run, and karaoke.
