Mosey to the Prison yard for a HIIT Workout + Field Work
16 Strong did the following exercise circuits 2.5 times. 45 seconds of AMRAP work and 15 seconds of rest. Split up in small groups of 2 or 3.
1) Pull Ups
2) Dips
3) Derkins (picnic tables)
4) Hungarian Lunges (picnic tables)
5) Seated Crunches (picnic tables)
6) Bricklayers (Several cindies stacked over parking poles – move stack back and forth)
7) Farmer Carry (Big Cindy) – to end of parking lot and back
8) Cone Stack Merkins (Merkins with stack of 5 cones at left hand. Do merkin move a cone from left to right with right hand. Repeat until stack is moved. Then move them back with other hand)
9) Squats (40# and 50# sandbags)
Field work: The group then headed to the field for some birthday specific PT.
Split into pairs. 1 man works while the other travels:
1) AMRAP Clean & Press cindy while teammate bear crawls 28 yds (*38 w/ endzone)
2) 28 standing cindy rows while teammate sprints 28 yds (*38)
3) Everyone: lunge 28 yds with cindy (*38)
4) Everyone: 28 rows then wall sit at field house. Each passes around & chest press cindy.
