“Slow and Torturous Finish”
QIC: Wiseguy
PAX: Iron Horse, Dimples, Jaws, Tastykakes, Big Gulp, Psycho, Bambi, Billy Madison, Slowhand

Warmup
Deck of Cards
All reps were done at my cadence. I purposely slowed the reps down to ensure no one rushes and there is plenty of time to get full range of motion.
Spades = squats
Look straight ahead
Shoulders slightly behind the knees
Butt just below level of the knees
Clubs = pushups
Elbows at 90 degrees or less at the bottom
Chest just above the ground at the bottom
Arms straight at the top (to plank)
Hearts = American hammer
The outside of your shoulder should be visible on the twist to anyone standing in front of you
Feet off the ground
Diamonds = groiners (a.k.a. jumping mountain climber)
Plank position to feet next to the hands
Joker = 400 m run
After every cards, we ran the football field based on the number x 10 yards and then back. For example, 4 of spades is 4 squats followed by 40 yard run and back to the start line.
With 10s, the run is to the near end zone line and back
With face cards, the run is to the far end zone line and back
Surprisingly, we had about 3.5 miles of total mileage.

Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?
“When you point one finger [at someone], there are three fingers pointing back to you.”
We are in the age where anyone can call themselves a critic, a lifestyle guru, or influencer without having any legitimacy to their claims. When we have the urge to blame on someone, inevitably, there is just as equal blame to put on ourselves. We like to blame politicians or other prominent figures on all of our problems, when, in actuality, these people are products of years of our culture rotting before our eyes. Either we contributed to the culture rot or we did not do enough to stop it. In 2021, it is time to be the example. It is too easy to point fingers at other people when we should be looking at ourselves first. Do we exemplify the attributes that we want all of our prominent figures to have? How can you demand others change when you cannot make the same changes yourself?
