Kudos to Rico for not only wearing a “Ruck” but decorating his Ruck as well. Thank you Wiseguy for not breaking your neck on Q’s electric scooter while attempting to film, especially while on “Exercise Break”..

Have you ever felt the nudge to do something, say something, or try something that felt outside your ability? He pushes us into uncomfortable places so that we are able to recognize His power at work through us.
