12 men showed up for some work to make each other better. A field trip was in order to celebrate 100 posts with 100 reps, animals, and sprints. Great to see Mathis Stresing at his 3rd post and named Frenchy.

1st Round
One man does Burpees while the other does a 100 ft crab walk and then 200 m sprint. Switch off until 100 reps completed.
2nd Round
One man does Shoulder-tap Hand-release Merkins while the other does a 100 ft bear crawl and then 200m sprint. Switch off until 100 reps completed.

Got back with 3 minutes remaining so Ab exercises – 10 reps each man calling his own until 0615

LD reminded about the Veterans Day ruck next Wednesday at 6 AM. Come out and honor our veterans either rucking or walking. He also reminded about F2 next Thursday.
Ron Swanson reminded about the GoRuck events next Friday. He still has a chance at 200 posts and will ask LD for a 2nd 100 patch. He is settling in with 3 therapies a week for his boy. Swanson happy that he has not had a fight with his wife during this time. Sleepy said he needs a patch for that.
Wallflower will be hosting Ultimate Frisbee with PT tomorrow at Cascades.
Mr. Emcee asked for prayers for Ed Carraway who has a bad tumor in his brain. Emcee is going to travel to Tampa and then Ocala to visit his mom for the first time in 7.5 months.
Rocks liked the Q but, prefers AOL’s injury Q’s. He encouraged everyone to get outside with their families and friends and enjoy the beautiful weather this time of year.
Mr. Kotter is happy we’re not celebrating Swanson’s 200 posts.
Wallflower has the Cascades Q tomorrow (Saturday).
Rocks has the Southwood Q next Tuesday.
Mickey Mouse has the Southwood Q next Friday.
