- Congrats to everyone that did the Pumpkin Ruck in SW last night. Another big shout out to Ron Swanson’s daughter Monroe who completed it and getting her first patch.
- Big Prayers for AOL’s wife Marilyn as she just found out she has a tumor at the base of her brain and spine.
- Props was given to all men who lead at F3 and keep it going strong.
- Last but not least, those who hung behind got to witness Ron Swanson jamming out some blues using Rocks’ 1945 Martin D-18 guitar.
