If people did not think we are a cult, they would after this morning while in front of the entrance to the school.

Quick upper body warm-up

Sun salutations with nose breathing technique (water in mouth)

Various movements with our split legs

Various leg stretches with spine mobility

Upper body stretches

Overall, much higher focus on the stretching than the mobility. I wanted to try out the yoga movements. I probably would be the worst yoga teacher ever.
