II. Big Bleachers – 3 rounds
III. Tennis Ball Launch
Prior to the start, everyone holds a mouthful of water in his mouth.
Perform the ladder drill. PAX behind you throws the tennis ball and to be retrieved and brings it back to the line. 3 rounds
IV. Longest Suicides
Prior to the start, everyone holds a mouthful of water in his mouth. Hold it as long as possible through the suicides
Starting at the goal line, suicide stops are every 10 yards and continue to the other goal line.
V. Tic-Tac-Toe
Two teams are created. Each PAX retrieves one cone and brings it back to the start. Once all five cones are retrieved, then the PAX proceeds to play each cone on the tic-tac-toe board. On the way to the board, the PAX must encircle two cones and then run backwards back to the start.
The whole purpose of holding a mouthful of water is to practice nose breathing. There are a ton of benefits to nose breathing that you can easily research on your favorite search engine.
Hawkeye spontaneously exited without much warning…
