The Thang:
Work: 34 was the number for the Birthday Q.
34 SSH, 34 Mountain Climbers, 34 Merkins, 34 Air Squats, 34 Imperial Walkers, 34 Lunges, 34 Big Boy Sit-Ups, 34 Flutters, and last but not least, 34 burpees!
Play: Mosey to the turf field for a game of shirts vs. skins soccer with a glow in the dark ball that decided to glow sometimes and not others. Pebbles game to the rescue with his blue ball(s) after a while. The rules were simple: keep moving at all times, no goalies, no out of bounds on the side of the field, only on the ends. The team that scores a goal does 20 air squats, the team that surrenders the goal does 20 merkins. There was a lot of shooting and missing on goal, so we implemented everyone do 5 burpees for missed shots.
Skins won 5-2!
COT: Prayer for Pokémon’s wife who has been ill, and psycho’s wife at work and daughter’s travel softball. Gronk thanked group for helping out the Marine Corps golf scramble, there is still spots available, contact him if interested. Congrats to Wiseguy on his contract from the Army!
