I was the only one who chose to have a 45# sandbag throughout the entire workout.
To start, the idea was to run the set distance as fast as possible. If you finish early, you do AMRAP of exercises. When the last man shows up (which was me most of the time), he counts 5 reps before moving onto the next wave. I was a little perturbed that people were purposely going slowly…
Stop 1:
Run the hill at the bus ramp

Stop 2:
Run the staircases around the wolf statues
AMRAP box jumps
Run the staircases around the wolf statues
AMRAP tricep dips
Stop 3:
Run the big bleachers
AMRAP squats
Run the big bleachers
AMRAP lunges
Stop 4:
I declared that if I am not the last man to finish the lap the penalty is 50 reps.

*** On this iteration, penalty on Crab Legs for collision interference on the track. 10 burpee penalty. Of note, it’s hard to look up when a sandbag is on your back.
