Three (3) HIIT Circuit of 12 min each consisting of SSH, Mtn Climbers, Burpees, FrogJumps, Mike Tysons, Merkins, LCRC, Plank U/D, High Knees, Flutters with each circuit followed by a 5 minute mosey to benches for Damn MuthaF$ckers, Dips, Pull-ups, Sprints, Bear Crawls, Shake n Bake and even a classic Evel ‘Out and Ups’ session
NAKED MOLESKIN:
COVID-19 and Protesting friendly Post in the Gloom allowed for PAX to hone its exercise moves with repeating circuits and refine its 80’s hair band lyrics with White Snake, Foreigner and AC/DC tunes that repeated in a Guantanamo fashion for 50 minutes. FNG Dino joined us as part of this Jamaican bob sled training, Iron Horse is trying to see how chugging Monster drinks prior to going to bed before F3 posts affects sleep, Crablegs jumped probation as he gets ready for a new heart (his current one is cold and judgy); Rico is setting up a non profit in order to fund his tickets to see Jackyl [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A52p9jc-gOo] but seriously the N2N is a great example of showing leadership in a community that needs it so please support the $20 to get to $2020 by throwing Rico $16 or $17 bucks; Evel, I cannot get out of my head the sound and sight of you going through the ‘Out and Up’ when you say ‘Spread-Em’ when your legs are up….{shiver}; Magneto, great to have you out just so I can still make that your weakness is grass in case a fiery explosion occurs on the MagLab and your absorbed powers and call to control the world needs to be battled; Dimples, still never heard any juicy stories about the Margaritaville camp out in north Georgia so drop a line or two about hamburgers, blowing out your flops on a pop top or earring jean shorts and muscle shirts.
