We did Little Debbie’s OYO Ruck workout:
10 Merikins + 10 ruck thrusters X 5
20 ruck lunges + 10 swings X 5
20 Russian twists + 30 plank X 5
10 burpees+ 10 high pulls X 5

We discussed how peaceful it is outside, and to appreciate the glory around us. AOL discussed the challenges of working at home and having kids in virtual school.
