This is an encore presentation from Southwood last week.  It is interesting to see how different people play the game.

Four Corners

The player who is “it” stands in the center and does burpees while everyone moves to a corner in the way of the “it”’s choosing (i.e. bear crawls, crab walks, etc.).  Once finished with the burpees, the “it” will call out a color and whoever is at that corner is out.  If you are out, you run the outside of the corners.  If you are still in, you continue to go to a corner until there is one person left.  You do not have to move corners each time.  The last remaining person becomes “it” on the next round and then calls the next movement to the cones in the next round.

Debrief:

The runners can make it difficult to detect the sound of who is remaining.  Ideally, you want to be as quiet as possible so that the “it” cannot detect where you are.

Big Gulp managed to get knocked in the first round in each of the games except for the one which he won.

Pebbles was doing everything in his power to get eliminated.  

We added a rule that if you are down to two people, we take away a corner until there are two corners left.  

If all people are eliminated, then the “it” gets to pick the next “it”.

PSA: Wash your hands.  Cover your mouth when you cough and sneeze with your elbow.  Don’t panic!
