The Thang:

The original concept of “Stairway to Heaven” is at each corner you perform a different exercise. After each lap, you increase the rep count by 1.

The differences here:

The rep count by 1 at each corner.
The runs between each corner are at least twice as long and included hills and stairs. The runs to each corner were shake-and-bake.
One of the corners is suicides…

The order of the corners was as follows:

We got up to Round 12 (3 laps around all four corners). To finish off, we did one final shake-and-bake lap around the corners.

We ended up running about 4.5 miles in total.

Debrief:

There was much more running than originally anticipated. Doing 9 suicides in a row is a daunting task, even if the suicide lengths were pretty short. Once you got done with the suicides though, doing 10 burpees is nothing (especially if you were there on Saturday when we started with 200).

Update on Southwood tomorrow: Nothing extra needed. Get ready to get dirty, however.
It will take a while to get the custom patches designed and created. I will give morale patches to those who attended 4 Wiseguy Tour posts in the meantime.
Ron Swanson is still holding strong for all seven. Homestretch from here as the last two are closer. Chiles was the furthest.
Anyone who needs his CWP, basic training with firearms, or a firearms training refresher, please send me a message. We can get a group together for a class in January with Shoot and Move. Anyone outside of F3 is welcome.
