Suck it Soto!

4/16/19

Gilchrist Elementary

10 men gathered in the gloom to make the man next to them stronger, and at some point we decided we needed to beat GI Joe’s workout time (49 minutes, and 42 seconds) from the day before.

Pax: Wiseguy, Dimples, Little Debbie, Safety, Pebbles, Going Once, Doc T, Iron Horse, and Zoolander

Q: Cathy

The Lord’s Prayer

The Thang:

1 Mile Ruck

10 Sets (with ruck) of the following:

10 Russian Twists (each side)

10 Merkins

10 Overhead Squats

1 Mile Ruck

We had a minute left over, so we planked with rucks.

COT: Pax is doing well. Extra prayers for Crab Legs this morning, as he is undergoing a heart procedure. Wiseguy will be doing an HTL in July in Tampa, and asked anyone and everyone to join him for all or any portion. Pebbles and Dimples are going for 5 this week. Dimples also asked for prayers for a 46-year old co-worker and friend who passed away last week, leaving a wife and daughter. Safety is praying over decisions at work, and Going Once is working at getting the business up and running. Iron Horse reminded us to never trust a woman in a tent (there may have been more to that story). Little Debbie, Doc T, and Zoolander reported all is well. Zoo has “summer face” and is more aerodynamic.  Cathy has been doing some hardcore training for his upcoming triathlon. And by hardcore, it means he has swum (or swam?) 3 times, and biked 5 times.

Somebody has Chiles tomorrow, IH has Gilchrist Thursday (another day of the ruck challenge), and I will take Gilchrist next Tuesday for Day 3 of the challenge.

Pebbles took us out in prayer.

Pledge of Allegiance

YHC,

Cathy
