Eight showed up in the gloom to break in a new sandbag and brush the dust off a few old ones. The Q realized the plan looked better on paper than in person, but once it started, there was no turning back. All men finished the beat down a little stronger (eventually). Well done gentlemen!

COT: All were pretty exhausted, but glad to start the Monday out of the comfort zone. Spartan was glad to be out after a great weekend bike ride and camping trip with friends. FNG Travis was thankful to share in the suck and mud with the group.
I reflected on Martin Luther King, Jr. and how challenging it can sometimes be to help those in need. We are grateful for those with incredible courage who continue to inspire us to be better men.
