The Thang:
14 station cindy, sandy, kettlebell circuit (originally planned 12 stations but 14 men showed up, pivot time)


Each station for 1 minute with 20 seconds to switch stations

  1. Kettlebell hoist
  2. Murder Bunnies
  3. 60# Sandbag pull
  4. Cindy Swings
  5. 40# Sandbag Overhead Toss
  6. Kettlebell Get-ups
  7. Seated Cindy Overhead Press
  8. 2 Cindy Farmer Carry
  9. Cindy We’re Not Worthy’s
  10. 30# Sandbag Overhead Flutters
  11. Cindy Curls
  12. Wall Plank
  13. ???# Log Squat Press
  14. Run

Rinse and Repeat.


2nd time through was with music, which was much better.  Q failed to take into account the destructive power of a group of HIM and the kettlebell hoist only survived about a round and a half. If we do this again in the future, the Q will source stronger rope.

Finished up with a 5 minute Ab Circle consisting of:
Cross V-Ups
Big Boys
Box Cutters
10 second-ish planks
LBC
LCRC
Big Boys Again

and time.

COT/Moleskin: Q didn’t have much to say. just encouraged all present to continue to advance.  Not just fitness, but also fellowship and faith.  Congrats to those celebrating wedding anniversaries, and those celebrating sober anniversaries.  Well done men, keep it up
